Become a Member of the NC Early Education Coalition Today!

Young children depend on us to be their champion. Our work depends on you.

Since 1990, we have highlighted the proven power of quality early childhood education by sharing information and resources with parents, professionals and policymakers. The Coalition is the only statewide advocacy coalition dedicated to promoting high-quality, accessible and affordable child care in North Carolina. We are also a proud partner in the national ZERO TO THREE Think Babies™ campaign and in the Pritzker Children’s Initiative’s National Collaborative for Infants and Toddlers.

We accomplish our mission of advocacy and education by: developing policy positions, researching and producing fact sheets, providing training and resources, cultivating relationships with policymakers and the media, engaging a full-time lobbying team at the NC General Assembly, mobilizing advocates, and collaborating with state and national early childhood partners.

Our members are a diverse group of statewide organizations, regional and local child care agencies, child care providers, and individuals. They are the heart and soul of our work and the best advocates we know!

Your membership supports a full-time lobbyist working to advance high-quality early care and education, and gives you the opportunity to engage in advocacy conversations that matter to you and make a big difference for young children and families. Membership dues begin at $30 for individuals and child care programs and $150 for organizations. Membership benefits include:
